Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Requirements

 

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your date and time.

Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, unless otherwise arranged in writing. 

 

Cancellations:

  • 14 calendar days or more before the booking - receive a full refund, including the deposit.

  • 3 - 13 calendar days before the booking - the deposit is non-refundable.

  • 72 hours or less notice before the booking - full fare is owed, and no refund will be issued. This includes cancellations, rescheduling attempts, or no-shows.

 

Delays, Overtime & Waiting Fees

  • Bookings include a set start and end time. Late arrival of the group does not extend your booking; overtime may be charged. Overtime fee: $50.00 per hour, or at the discretion of the company.

 

Weather, Mechanical Issues & Emergencies:

  • If the bus cannot operate due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or emergency, you may reschedule at no cost -or- receive a full refund of all payments made. This does not apply to customer-caused delays or cancellations.
