Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Requirements A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Cancellations & Changes Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made: 7 calendar days or more before the booking - receive a full refund, including the deposit. 3 - 6 calendar days before the booking - the deposit is non-refundable. Less than 72 hours notice before the booking - full fare is owed, and no refund will be issued. This includes cancellations, rescheduling attempts, or no-shows. Delays, Overtime & Waiting Fees Bookings include a set start and end time. Late arrival of the group does not extend your booking; overtime may be charged. Overtime fee: $50.00 per hour, at the discretion of the company. Weather, Mechanical Issues & Emergencies If the bus cannot operate due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or emergency: You may reschedule at no cost -or- Receive a full refund of all payments made This does not apply to customer-caused delays or cancellations. Agreement Booking with us means you agree to all terms in this policy, and the Waiver of Liability and Consent
